What does EXCLUSIVE mean? It means that you will have the boat and the skipper just for you, you will not share the boat with other passengers since you reserve all the places of the boat, which offers you total privacy and allows you to adapt the excursion to your preferences (whenever it is feasible and within our navigation area).
Why is a CHEAPER OPTION? It is a cheaper option of our 4 hours Exclusive excursions because navigating on our VELELLA boat you only reserve 7 seats, the total places for passengers of this boat.
What does it mean to leave from CALA GALDANA? CALA GALDANA is the strategic point from which to leave to visit the most prestigious coves of the South Coast of Menorca and its beautiful coast since it is the nearest port, which allows you to enjoy the excursion from minute one. In our case we also have boats that allow you boarding and disembarking from the dock to the boat, so you do not have to suffer the discomfort of getting on an auxiliary dinghy or wasting time in the transfer to the boat. And finally, Cala Galdana has numerous establishments where you can enjoy a pleasant meal before or after the excursion, and of course, its marvelous beach!

- Payment will be made entirely by bank gateway (credit or debit card) at the moment of booking and you will receive by email a confirmation voucher with the indications for the tour.
Note that there may be several people trying to book the same tour at the same time so your reservation can not be confirmed until payment has been accepted and you receive your booking voucher.
- Our currency is the Euro, so all prices on our website refer to Euros. However, the secure payment gateway of our website accepts payment in Euros and in foreign currencies. If you choose to pay in a different currency than the Euro, take in mind that the payment gateway will charge you in the chosen currency the amount equivalent to the amount in Euros according to the exchange rate in effect at the moment of payment. For the same reason, in case of total or partial refund of a payment made through the payment gateway in a different currency than the Euro, this will be done in Euros and will be applied the exchange rate in effect at the moment of the refund, so that the amount paid in foreign currency and the amount received in the same currency could be different if the exchange rate had suffered some variation in the period of time between the purchase and refund.

We assume that the client has read, understand and agree the terms and conditions listed when he makes his reservation. That is why we recommend to read carefully the CONDITIONS before proceeding with the payment and to make sure that the reservation that will be realized is for the desired type of tour, date and hour:
CANCELLATIONS OR ABSENCE OF PASSENGERS
Passengers must show up at the designated meeting point at least 5 minutes before departure time. Any passenger who does not show up at the point of departure ready to make the tour at the scheduled time, whether due to delay or for any other reason, will lose his trip as well as the amount paid. If that happens, the customer wishing to do the tour at another moment will have to make a new reservation and new payment for it.
The customer may cancel his reservation by sending us a written request (by email/text/Whatsapp) up to 2 days before the contracted date, which might mean assuming a penalty determined by how many time in advance to the date and local time of the excursion the request is made, and detailed below:
-Up to before 3 weeks the local date and time reserved: 100% refund.
-Up to before 1 week the local date and time reserved: 75% refund.
-Up to before 2 days the local date and time reserved: 50% refund.
-During the previous 48 hours and until the local date and time reserved, cancellations for any reason or circumstance: no refund.
Partial cancellations (cancellation of some of the booked places) will not be refunded.
CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS
The client can ask for a change of time, date, or passenger names of his booking sending us a written request (by email/text/Whatsapp) up to before 10 days to the excursion. This change will be subject to availability.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE COMPANY
This is an outdoor activity and therefore the environmental conditions may vary and may not always be ideal. Sometimes wind or cloudiness may occur, we must count with that possibility and assume that the tour could be done in those conditions and that, at the end, will be always determined by the professional judgment of the skipper if conditions are or not suitable for carrying out the tour. According to the skipper criterion, cloudiness or wind may not result in cancellation if these conditions do not prevent the good
development of the excursion.
Likewise, the skipper may consider it necessary to change the route of the tour or the swimming stops for a better option before departure or during the trip due to various or any factors as a large influx or presence of boats in a cove, or presence of jellyfish or water turbidity for example.
It is impossible to know in advance how weather will be the scheduled day of the tour and it is also possible that due to worsening weather or maritime conditions the tour should be cancelled at the last moment before boarding or even during the development of the excursion. In case of interruption of the trip the grounds and conditions will be
studied in order to evaluate what amount should be refunded to the customer. In no case any additional costs incurred by the client to carry out this activity (travel to the place of departure, etc) will be refunded.
If at any time there is any cause that prevents the development of the scheduled excursion (including breakdown of the boat or the skipper's indisposition), we would try to change the tour for another day or time, as long as that is the client's wish , the cause that caused the cancellation had been corrected and we still had availability. If none of the above was possible or the client was not interested on rescheduling, the full refund of the amount paid would be made.
Refunds will always be made by the same method used by the client for the payment of his reservation.
